- This project was ideal for Nudura, due to the fact that the owner wanted an energy efficient house, as well as a quiet house in a very windy location.
- The combination of R-value, mass, and zero air infiltration maximize the energy efficiency, and the concrete structure stands up to the high winds structurally, as well as significantly reducing the noise.

- 4,400 sq ft. with a combination stone stucco finish.
