2020 ICF Builder Award - Multi-Family 2nd Runner-Up

The Roost community on the south end of Bainbridge Island was built in three phases. Roost 1B is comprised of 40,000 square feet across four buildings. With the 12 residential units on the upper two floors and commercial spaces and parking on the main level. 

To achieve the sustainability they were after, Nudura Insulated Concrete Forms provided the energy efficiency for net zero ready construction and the durability for low-maintenance, long-lasting structures.

Aesthetics was also critical for the owners. The Nudura One Series enabled the exposed concrete finish with the standard ICF forms allowing a variety of other claddings to complement
the natural landscape of Bainbridge Island.
